2025 Member Registration Fees

The Member registration fee is available to all IHPBA/ E-AHPBA /AHPBA/A-PHPBA/ members who have a 2025 membership.  If you have not renewed your membership for 2025, please renew here.

To receive the member fee please ensure you use the same email address that is associated with your membership.

​

Non-member standard/Non-member resident/trainee/fellow (Including 2025 Membership)

If you are a new member to IHPBA/E-AHPBA, you can register under the Non-member (including 2025 membership) category to benefit from a discounted registration, plus annual (2025) membership to IHPBA/E-AHPBA at a convenient and cost-effective single fee. You will receive a username and password from IHPBA and E-AHPBA, which will allow you access the member’s area on both IHPBA and E-AHPBA websites to start receiving your other membership benefits.

Please allow up to 21 days to receive your username and passwords after you have completed and payment has been received for registration.

Non-member Registration Fee

The higher registration fee applies to those who are not members of IHPBA/E-AHPBA/AHPBA/A-PHPBA

Resident, Trainee, Fellow

Documentary proof of Resident, Trainee, Fellow status is required to be uploaded during the registration process this should be in the form of a recent job certification, student ID card or letter from your supervisor confirming your status.

Allied Health Professional Member

Documentary proof of Allied Health Professional/Advanced Practice Provider status in the form of a letter from your head of department is required to be uploaded during the registration process.

The registration fee for E-AHPBA 2025 Congress includes:

• Access to all scientific sessions (except Meet the Expert which are an additional fee)

• Access to the exhibition

• Coffee breaks at times as listed in the final program

• Welcome Reception

Registration acknowledgement will be sent to you, via e-mail, within 24 hours of your registration. Please check your junk/spam folders if you still have not received acknowledgement please contact eahpba.registration@eahpba.org if you do not receive.

Meet the Expert Breakfast Sessions

Fee €40.00

Meet the Expert breakfast sessions allow delegates to meet in a small group with renowned researchers and clinicians. The format is designed to facilitate informal discussions, allowing participants to present their questions and gain new perspectives. To foster a more intimate learning environment, places will be limited to 25 delegates per session. A nominal fee of €40.00 per session will apply (includes a light breakfast).
