Payment deadline and conditions
Full payment must be received before the corresponding registration deadlines to benefit from early registration rates.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
• All refunds will be made after the Congress.
• All bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
• Membership fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations up to and including 21 April, 2025 50% Refund
Cancellation on or after 22 April, 2025 No refund
